About the event
This February, I'm honored to present new work at the Harlem Fine Arts Show, one of the leading platforms celebrating contemporary Black and global artists.
My presentation features a curated selection of abstract works that blur the line between painting and installation. I'm inviting viewers to exerpience form, movement and scale beyond the strecthed canvas. Rooted in gesture and spatial storytelling, the work explores how abstraction lives in space and how audiences physically engage with it.
Based in New York, my practice bridges fine art, installation and immersive visual environments which are informed by a background in fine art, creative business and 20 years of experience shaping spatial narratives. The work invites viewers to slow down, step closer and experience abstraction as an experience rather than an object.
